The Prominent name of the flat glass manufacturing industry, Emerge Group is aiming high. Producer of sheet glass and container glass, Emerge Group has recently expanded into the production of specialized solar glass through the creation of Emerge Renewables.
The company's production plant in Distt Jaipur, Rajasthan, will begin producing the crucial component of solar panels, solar glass in the middle of 2024.
The proposed product will be Solar Glass manufactured - ranging between 2-4 mm thicknesses with a Capacity of 300 TPD. The entire plant is located within a total Land Area of 30 acre. Production is to commence by Mid-2024 with an Investment of Rs 350 cr. The critical know-how in terms of Machinery and technology partnership and transfer will be the responsibility of China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd.
Having a total installed capacity of 1,46,000 MT per year. That will give the company a stronger foothold in the glass industry. While the Width of the glass raw sheet - will be maximum of 2800 mm - on one line and 2600 mm- on the other line, Max net width of the glass sheet will be up to 2600 mm on one line.
