Unit 1 is the foundation of our production strength. Equipped with versatile machinery, this unit specializes in both container glass (beer bottles, pharma vials, food jars, etc.) and flat glass (sheet glass, mirror glass, wall clock glass, micro-slides, etc.). With advanced forming machines, precision conveyors, and world-class testing labs, Unit 1 ensures every product meets the highest standards of clarity, strength, and consistency.

High-speed IS (Individual Section) Machines form bottles with precision. These automated lines guarantee consistency in shape, thickness, and finish for every bottle produced.

Sheet Glass Convair

Sheet Glass Convair

Our fully automated sheet glass conveyor enables production of glass sheets ranging from 1mm to 8mm, making Emerge the only Indian manufacturer capable of producing three thicknesses simultaneously.

Each bottle passes through Critical Control Points, where trained experts inspect glass under specialized lighting to eliminate any defects before packing.

The Polari Meter is used to check optical stress and clarity. This ensures every batch of glass meets exacting transparency and durability standards.

Verticality Tester & Top Load Tester

In our quality lab, bottles undergo rigorous testing. The Verticality Tester ensures shape accuracy, while the Top Load Tester measures strength under pressure, ensuring bottles can withstand industrial handling and storage.

Advanced Automation & Quality Control

Unit 2 represents the next level of automation in colored glass manufacturing. Dedicated to colored glass production, this facility houses state-of-the-art forming, annealing, inspection, and laboratory systems. Every process, from molten glass shaping to cold-end finishing, is fully automated to ensure speed, precision, and defect-free output.

Equipped with advanced Electronic Bottle Inspection (EBI) systems, Unit 2 checks every bottle for cracks, air bubbles, or structural defects. At the cold end, bottles undergo a final inspection and coating before packing.
